Apple picking turned into apple overflow on our kitchen counter, so here is my new favorite snack. Apple chips!
– 2 or 3 apples
– ground cinnamon
Cut the apples as thin as you can and place them on parchment paper in a baking sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon all over and put the baking sheet into the pre-heated oven at 250F. Turn the apple slices over after 30 minutes, and set a timer for another 45 minutes or so. After this, it all depends on your patience and willpower. I have not made them for longer than 1 hour 15 minutes because I just can not take the amazing cinnamon apples smell anymore and I finish the cooking and start the eating.
