I was asked to participate in the Jewish Food Project in Montreal with the “Living Jewishly and Eating Gluten-Free” workshop. It’s happening on March 24, 7pm at JFP demonstratio
The #JewishFoodProject is a brand new pop-up cooking school that brings together experts, engaging teachers, and the most mouth-watering Jewish foods all under one roof. It is running from March 15 – March 31.
I will be speaking about all things gluten, hoping to bring more awareness to the subject and share my stories of what it’s like to be gluten free. Everyone will also get recipe cards painted by me!
Mara Frankel, professional pastry chef, will be doing a hands-on presentation of a few gluten free recipes and we will all share some Challah and wine!
